1.
Identify the particular exit strategy you want
to take
·
I think based on the situation and where I am at
in my life and how well the business is going I will most likely want to sell
it to an individual or group who see a similar purpose that I see within this
service and want to work to keep the purpose and effectiveness of it strong
2.
Why I selected this particular exit strategy
·
I have decided on this exit strategy because
this is a service that could be potentially modified and updated in the future.
Selling it to others at the right time can ensure that this service stays up to
date with the social climate and the new buyers can work to update it to
reflect society.
3.
How has this exit strategy influenced other
decisions I have made?
·
My exit strategy hasn’t influenced many of my
decisions because even if I may be selling it I still have to work hard and put
in the time to make it what I want it to be, which is successful and effective.
I don’t have the mindset of “Oh I’m
selling it, so it doesn’t matter” because it really does matter. If my service
isn’t effective and is on the decline no one will want to buy it from me. They
would just start their own service, similar to mine, from scratch. Plus, all the things I learn from pursing
this service and all the real connections I make can help in the future when I
decide to do something else after selling.
